Is there a warranty?


Yes. There is a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Limited warranty does not cover: Any damages on any part of the watch due to miuse, excessive use, lack of care or accidents (dents, knocks, etc.) Normal wear and tear or aging (alterations of materials and/or colour of straps, scratches, etc.) Unauthorised repair done by 3rd party




How do I read the time on the side?


Read the time from where the arrow is pointing to. Each line after the number (hour) represents a 5 minute segment that has passed. The longest line stands for the 30 minute mark and the 2nd longest line stands for a 15 minute mark. For example, the time shown here is 1:50.




How do I care for the watch?


To prevent damage to the kinetic disc, protect your watch from hard knock or intense movement. To protect the movement, avoid extreme temperature variation and keep your watch away from magnetic field.




How do I set the time?


To set the time, pull the crown out twice and rotate. After setting the time, push the crown back in fully to prevent dust or water from entering.




How long does shipping takes?


Shipping will take 2 - 4 business days to Singapore via SingPost. Shipping will take 3 - 5 business days to all other international countries via DHL express. Please note that delivery timing might be delayed a couple of days due to Covid-19.




How much do I have to pay for shipping?


We provide free shipping for all countries. Please note that international shipping fees do not include taxes or imports duties, or other customs charges and they may differ depending on your region.
