SHIPPING POLICY
Horizon Timepiece offers free shipping worldwide for all our watches.
Orders take around 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out. We ship all our watches from Singapore.
Orders to Singapore will take 2 - 4 business days once shipped via NinjaVan. Orders to all other international countries will take 3 - 5 business days once shipped via DHL express.
Please note that delivery timing might be delayed a couple of days due to Covid-19.
DUTIES & TAXES
Unfortunately, while we do ship for free worldwide, we will not be able to cover possible duties and taxes that might be incurred when your package arrive in your home country, which you might have to pay before you can collect your package.
We advise you check your country's customs policies on international shopping. Delays may occur if customs decide to hold on to your package.
